Introduction

Girard-Perregaux is a special and very small brand; one does easily get the impression it is a large family rather than a watch factory. In order to assign some names (which i know to be familiar for some of you GP enthusiasts) with faces, here“s the beginning of an ongoing project.

For those with need to get in contact with GP, i strongly recommend to contact your local GP Agent before. It may help to prevent language problems and speed up things a lot, as in most cases the GP Service Center of your region or country will provide you service for your watch or answer your questions. You will find a list of current GP Agents all over the world on this page: GP Agents in the world.

After Sales Department

The After Sales Department is the place where repairs and service work is provided for pieces send in to La Chaux-De-Fonds.

Francis Triponnez:
He“s the chief of customer services.


Frederico Batista Lopes on the left and Christiane Donzelot on the right:
Both in charge of spare parts department and hard working to keep track of all 1.250.000 individual parts (!) which are kept for a variety of current and older watches.


Sandra Huguelet:
Sandra is in charge of repairs - and always with a charming smile on her face!


Sandrine Bettinelli:
Sandrine is in charge of straps, metal bracelets, bracelets elements and spare parts shipment - where ever your GP is serviced, she takes care all parts will arrive timely.


Sylvain Froidevaux:
Sylvain is the master watchmaker and in charge of repairs as well as GP“s own Trainee Programm for foreign GP Service Centers, always passionate and serious.


The After Sales workshop: That“s where your beloved pieces are taken well care of.


Every piece is checked for accuracy and reliability before leaving the factory.
